About ArcReel

ArcReel is a self-hosted workspace for AI comic dramas and short videos. Give it a novel, a finished script, or product photos and it builds the shots. You can let an agent run each stage, or check and redo it yourself. Docs are in Chinese, and commercial use needs the maintainers' OK.

   Install Docker and Docker Compose.

   Clone the repo: the command below

   git clone https://github.com/ArcReel/ArcReel.git

   Copy

   Go into the deploy folder: cd ArcReel/deploy

   Copy the env file: cp .env.example .env

   Start it: docker compose up -d

   Open http://localhost:1241 and log in as admin. If AUTH_PASSWORD is empty, the password is auto-generated into deploy/.env. Then set up the ArcReel Agent and your text, image and video providers in Settings.
