Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Free plan costs nothing, so this page is about OpenMicroDrama's paid plans.

Cancel any time

You can cancel from Settings → Billing whenever you like. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves back to the Free plan. Your data stays in your account.

Changed your mind before the period ends? Choose Keep my plan on the same page and nothing changes.

Refunds

Subscription fees are paid in advance and are generally non-refundable, except where the law or our payment partner's policy says otherwise. See also our Terms of Service.

Mistakes happen, though. If you were charged for a renewal you meant to cancel, or charged twice, email support@openmicrodrama.com within 7 days of the charge from the email on your account. We review every request and reply within one business day.

Who processes your payment

Payments are handled by a third-party Merchant of Record. They are the seller of record for your purchase, send your receipts, and return any approved refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Plan changes

You can switch plans or billing periods from Settings → Billing. You'll see any price difference on the confirmation page before anything is charged.
