About drama-skills

Drama Skills adds eleven agent skills (add-on instructions) to your coding agent. They carry you from a novel or a rough idea to a finished cut. Five Markdown files hold each episode, so every decision stays readable and editable. Generation of images, video and voice needs paid provider keys, and the docs are mostly Chinese.

Best for: Comic-drama studios that want reviewable episode files instead of hidden agent state.

   Install the skills with the command below (drop -g to install only in the current folder). Re-run the same command to update.

   Check that Python 3.9 or newer is on your machine. To edit finished cuts, you also need ffmpeg and ffprobe on PATH.

   Or clone the repo and symlink each folder under skills/ into $HOME/.claude/skills or ${CODEX_HOME:-$HOME/.codex}/skills.

   Ask your agent to use $short-drama to set up a project, for example a vertical 9:16 urban short drama.

   Write episode 1 with $short-drama-write, then build assets, image prompts, storyboard and video prompts with the matching skills.

   Preview and confirm the paid tasks with $short-drama-produce, cut the result with $short-drama-edit, then review with $short-drama-review.

• Novel AnalyzeSamples a long novel to see if it's worth adapting. It indexes the chapters and suggests which parts could become episodes.
• Episode WriterWrites one episode at a time: the episode goal, beats that lead into each other, and a script you can actually shoot.
• Drama AssetsLocks down characters, looks, locations and props, and notes what has to stay the same from shot to shot.
• Drama StoryboardPlans each scene, writes the shot list and freezes the keyframe prompts. Every shot is tied back to the source text.
• Drama Video PromptsWrites a video prompt for each shot: movement, acting between characters, camera, sound, and how the shot starts and ends.
• Drama ReviewChecks the structure and content of your episodes and tells you what to fix, based on what actually came out of production.
