About shuohao-skills

Six agent skills cover pre-production for an AI short drama. Hand them a novel and they build the outline, characters, art, script and storyboard. Five pipeline skills need no API keys, and it runs in Claude Code or Codex. The catch: it's only been tested on macOS with Node 24, and character-refs needs an image model.

Best for: Pre-production teams that work inside Claude Code or Codex and want novel-to-drama assets.

• Builds six stages: outline, characters, character refs, art, script, storyboard

• Renders reports in Chinese or English with render --lang en
• Makes character refs anchor-first: front full body first, then headshot, side, back

• Novel OutlineTurns a novel into a short-drama outline: episode summaries, a hook per episode, a cast list and a prop list. A script checks the outline against 14 rules.
• Novel CharactersBuilds a character bible from the outline. Each person gets a profile, a look prompt, a voice prompt and character sheet images.
• Character RefsMakes reference images for any character. It draws a front full-body shot first, then a headshot, side, back and close-up views that match it.
• Novel StoryboardCuts the script into 2–5 second shots, grouped into segments of up to 15 seconds, and exports shot packages for MiniMax H3 or Seedance.
