About waoowaoo

waoowaoo is a self-hosted workspace for AI images and short-drama video. You build a brief with a right-hand Assistant, then refine results on a canvas. It's a preview release with known bugs, and you bring your own OpenRouter API key. Music and voiceover controls aren't in this preview yet.

   Paste the setup prompt from the README into a local coding assistant that has terminal access.

   Let it read the README, docs/INSTALL.md and the release you picked, then install the prebuilt Docker images.

   Keep the default HTTPS entry settings: SELF_HOSTED_HOST=localhost and SELF_HOSTED_HTTPS_PORT=1443.

   Approve trusting the exported root.crt, then open https://localhost:1443 and check there's no certificate warning.

   Open your profile's API configuration and enter your own OpenRouter API key.

   For source development, run npm run dev and open http://localhost:3001.
