About NarratoAI

NarratoAI turns a film or short drama into a narrated commentary video. An LLM writes the script, then it picks clips and adds voice-over and subtitles. You can export a Jianying (CapCut) draft to finish by hand. You supply your own LLM and TTS API keys, and the docs are mostly Chinese.

Best for: Commentary and mashup video teams that want the editing mostly automated.

   Download the package for your system from cutagent.online and unzip it. Don't move the NarratoAI, runtime or tools folders.

   Windows: run update-windows.bat, then start.bat.

   macOS (Apple Silicon): run update-macos.command, then start-macos.command.

   Open http://127.0.0.1:8501 in your browser.

   Or use Docker: the command below, cd NarratoAI, docker compose up -d, then open http://localhost:8501.
