About AI_novel

AI Creative Workshop turns novel text or a single idea into subtitled short videos. You can run it as a fixed pipeline, an agent mode or director mode. It also writes long novels with milestone tracking and a style bible. The README is Chinese-only, and AI video clips need paid API keys.

   Install Python 3.10+ and FFmpeg (brew install ffmpeg, sudo apt install ffmpeg, or scoop install ffmpeg).

   Clone the repo and install the extras: the command below.

   pip install -e '.[web,cloud-image,gemini]'

   Run the classic pipeline on a text file: python main.py run novel.txt.
