About KupkaProd-Cinema-Pipeline

Give it a prompt or screenplay, and it plans scenes, storyboards them, then renders video. KupkaProd Cinema Pipeline runs a small movie studio on your own PC. You review keyframes and takes before the final cut is put together. You'll need a 12GB+ NVIDIA GPU, 32GB RAM and about 50GB of models.

Best for: Filmmakers with an NVIDIA GPU who want a script-to-film pipeline that runs entirely on their PC.

What it does

  • Takes a prompt or a full screenplay, and finds scene headings and names
  • Plans scenes, camera angles, lighting and character looks with a local LLM
  • Generates storyboard keyframes you can approve or reject before rendering
  • Renders 1-10 takes per scene with different seeds, then lets you pick the best
  • Saves state after each step, so you can resume a crashed overnight run
  • Starts ComfyUI for you and restarts Ollama before each run
