About ComfyUI_VNCCS

VNCCS adds ComfyUI nodes that build character sprites for visual novels and games. Make one base character, then generate poses, outfits and emotions that keep the same face. Everything runs inside ComfyUI, and Pose Studio needs a second project installed too.

Best for: Visual novel and game creators who need many sprites of the same character inside ComfyUI.

• Creates a base character from tags or a short written description
• Clones a character from an image you already have
• Picks poses, counts, height and body type in Pose Studio
• Builds outfit sets, or clones clothes from a reference photo
• Adds emotions from a list, or writes your own custom one
• Removes the background with chroma-key presets

   Install 'VNCCS - Visual Novel Character Creation Suite' from ComfyUI Manager, or clone it into ComfyUI/custom_nodes/.

   Go into the ComfyUI_VNCCS_Utils folder and run the command below.

   Restart ComfyUI, open Comfy Manager and click 'Install missing custom nodes'.

   Open VNCCS_3.0_Step1_CharacterCreator.json and download a model (Q4, Q5 or Q8) in the VNCCS Control Center.

   Run the Step1, Step2 and Step3 workflows in order. Sprites land in ComfyUI\output\VNCCS\Characters\.
